THE VIRTUAL RUN
PACKET INFORMATION
Once we receive notice that you have registered for a virtual run, you will be receiving your t-shirt, medal and rosette in the mail. Don't forget to send us pictures of you and your dog with your medal and rosettes so we can celebrate with you!
About the Virtual Run Option

Race Description
​
You can choose any trail to do your virtual run, but we suggest something that has some challenges on it, preferably a dirt trail, with some elevation changes and maybe even some natural obstacles to navigate. If you can find a park that has fitness challenges like walking planks and push up bars, playground equipment, incorporate them into your run. If you feel up to it...get in some mud too! Muddy Buddies is about taking a challenge, and having fun doing it with your best friend by your side.

A couple of suggestions from us in the Oklahoma area are: Bluff Creek Park (OKC), Thunderbird trails (Norman), Lake McMurtry trails (Stillwater), Wichita Mountains trails (near Lawton), Chickasaw National Recreation area (Sulphur, OK).

Every virtual runner receives a t-shirt, dog rosette and medal for participating.
The virtual run can be done at any time, we just need to know you have completed your run.
